Vassfossen is a hydropower plant in Frolands, Aust-Agder County, Norway. As a reservoir plant with an installed capacity of 5.5 MW, thanks to one horizontal Francis turbine, Vassfossen produces 26 GWh of renewable electricity per year. Originally developed by the Risdal brothers, who still own a 10.1% share, the remaining 89.9% were acquired in 2021 by SV Vesivoima.
